Next membership meeting: Thursday, May 1, 2025, 7:00pm, at the Mercer County Extension Services Office. 1007 Lexington Road, Harrodsburg, KY 40330. We will have a cookout at the Pavilion. Bring a side or dessert to share. FHBCH will provide the meat and drinks. Our guest speaker is Edith Conyers, who will share about her exciting equine travels.
KyBCH Annual Meeting - the Kentucky Back Country Horsemen are having their annual meeting and potluck on Saturday, June 14, 5:00pm, at Green River Lake State Park. Chicken provided by KyBCH. Bring your favorite side dish or dessert & drink of choice. Events for the weekend include 50/50 raffle, silent auction, door prizes, trail rides, and an obstacle course competition with prizes ($10 donation requested). Our guest speaker for the meeting, Roy Cornett, is a long time BCHA member who has traveled to and ridden trails all over the United States. You will not want to miss Roy’s presentation about his many exciting trail experiences. Book your spot at the campground today! 2025 Volunteers Hours reporting: Why is volunteering with our organization important?
Volunteering helps keep trails open for all users.
It puts BCHA and horsemen in a positive position when engaging with other user groups.
It shows BCHA and horsemen are good neighbors within the community.
Legislators and land managers know that our volunteer hours are an asset.
How do I submit my volunteer hours?
